Bethany Cooke

Bethany is a professional musician and entertainer, working within the industry as a wedding singer, corporate singer, big band arranger/composer, published songwriter and children’s entertainer. She has fifteen years of experience with vocal training, and ten years of piano experience. She is more than capable of preparing her students for AMEB exams and VCE exams. Having participated in high levels of musical theatre through YABC, and being invited to sing in an exclusive 40 space choir for the Victorian State School’s Spectacular in 2017 and 2018, Bethany has been around music and the many areas of practise that go into musical instruction for over fifteen years as a student, and now as a teacher for the last three years.
She is currently studying at Monash university, earning a double degree in popular music (specialising in vocal mechanics, minoring in pop piano) and primary education. She uses her musical knowledge and experience to help enrich and enhance the skills of her students and hopes to bring a safe, fun and structured environment to her lessons.
