AMS Music
Clare teaches voice, piano, flute and music theory. She holds a Bachelor of Music (Popular Voice) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University. She has also completed her AMEB Associate in Music (AMusA) in flute and AMEB Music Theory Grades 1-5.
Clare has played both flute and piano from the age of 7. She teaches beginner to advanced flute, beginner to intermediate piano, and can prepare students for AMEB exams.
Clare has sung in church from a very young age, singing classical and choral music. She now leads the second soprano line and is a soloist in the choir. In her music degree, she was trained in Estill Voice Mechanics and performed in a range of genres, including musical theatre, jazz, and popular music. She has also performed overseas in Europe, in choirs and as a soloist.
Clare strongly believes in the importance of music education and the range of benefits it brings. She enjoys supporting the development of musicians and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals. Clare is keen for her students to experience the joy of creating music.
